Widden Announce Service Fees

Widden Stud has announced service fees for 2011 on a top class roster of 10 sires headlined by Golden Slipper winner and leading second crop sire Stratum.

“Widden Stud has a reputation for setting realistic service fees and we believe the 2011 roster offers breeders plenty of value in a competitive market place,” said Antony Thompson.

“We have a mix of proven and up and coming sires that are priced to appeal, giving the budget conscious breeder a second to none chance of producing that top class racehorse we all aspire to.”

New to the roster this year is dual Group I winner Star Witness and blue-blooded Redoute’s Choice son Tickets, both young horses the subject of much interest as we move towards the breeding season.

“Star Witness will be heading to Royal Ascot as planned with his final service fee to be confirmed in due course, although we are still taking bookings to him at this time and breeders that get in early will be rewarded,” Thompson added.
